About My Work :

I have over five years’ experience composing music to a client-led brief, across diverse projects ranging from corporate audio branding to soundtracking an indie video game.

My work often blends acoustic instrumentation with contemporary electronic elements, with a focus on creating atmosphere and emotion through careful attention to timbre and texture.

Ultimately, my goal is to create music that resonates - with audiences, with clients, and with myself.

My Studio Space

I primarily work from my fully treated studio space just outside Chester, equipped with Neumann monitoring, Merging Technologies AD/DA conversion, and a selection of high-quality instruments and tools designed to support a wide range of creative projects.

At the heart of the setup is a carefully curated collection of analogue synthesisers, including an AE Modular system from Tangible Waves, which I often use to craft unique, textured sounds in a hands-on modular environment. I also have a vintage upright Cramer piano with a warm, intimate tone, alongside electric and acoustic guitars for live parts and layering.

For recording, I keep a small but versatile collection of microphones that allows me to capture detailed performances. I also work with a wide range of industry-standard software tools, including FabFilter, Universal Audio, iZotope, Native Instruments, Arturia, and Soundtoys - giving me plenty of sonic flexibility from composition through to final mixdown.
